Decorating cakes is a passion of mine. I love seeing new ideas and trying to re-create them, or coming up with some of my own. I took my first cake decorating class when I was 12 and continued until culinary arts school where I mastered harder techniques of cake decorating.
Most of my cakes are covered in fondant, but I can frost your cake with buttercream or whipped cream by request.
